This diploma thesis deals with the motivation system in a manufacturing company. It focuses primarily on improving the current situation, where a questionnaire survey is used for analysis. The outputs of this thesis represent recommendations for streamlining the current remuneration system and thus increasing employee satisfaction. The proposals are focused primarily on tackling the company's problems, i.e. the acquisition of high-quality personnel.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the subject of employee evaluation in the chosen company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the theoretical background necessary for the thesis. The second part is concerned with introduction of the company, analyses of the current situation, survey among the employees of the company and interview with a representative of the company’s leadership. An alteration of the current employee evaluation system and its impact on the employee remuneration is presented in the last part.
The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Rating of Employees

In this diploma thesis, the means of fuzzy logic are used to evaluate the usefulness of employees. For this purpose, a model has been created to help decide whether an employee is worth for the company. The actual solution design is created in MS Excel and MathWorks MATLAB. The subsequent evaluation of the employee is based on the results achieved from these solutions.

The theoretical background part and the practical part. The goal of the thesis is to first analyze existing incentive system to streamline the work of employees in the manufacturing plant and then propose its improvements in line with the achieving higher efficiency of employees work. In the theoretical background chapter, author aims at explanation of basics concepts connected with this problematic. The practical part deals with the existing incentive system and after finding the results author will recommend maybe any modification of existing system or just completely new one.

The objective of this thesis concerns the issue of motivation and evaluation of staff at the Žerotín School of Music in Olomouc. In the theoretical part, we show the concepts and theoretical principles which are necessary for processing the subsequent analytical part. In the analytical part of the work we will then present information about the Zerotin School of Music, and we will discuss the evaluation system and employee motivation. This thesis will conclude by making suggestions for improvements to existing procedures. The outcome of this work is to evaluate motivation and evaluation of staff at the Žerotín School of Music and make recommendations which will lead to employees being more satisfied and motivated.
